1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
To cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at skamirsohel2424@gmail.com with your order number.
If the order has not been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and initiate a full refund.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product under our 7-day Return Policy.
3. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.
4. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
